Accommodations and Layout

Sleeps up to (6) owners and guests in (3) double staterooms; two enclosed heads with separate stall showers. LAYOUT FROM FORWARD: Chain locker is followed by the FORWARD GUEST STATEROOM, offering stacked single berths to port and storage opposite; FORWARD HEAD follows next aft to port.

GALLEY is U-shaped and wraps around the starboard side. Up and aft lands in the MAIN CABIN, encompassing a light and bright SALON with ample seating, storage and great views via wrap-around windows. Aft steps to port lead up to the BRIDGEDECK, with centerline HELM foward; AFT DECK follows offering expansive space for entertaining.

Steps down and near centerline from the salon accesses the aft accommodations, including double AFT GUEST STATEROOM with offset stacked single berths. AFT HEAD with separate stall shower is adjacent, and finally aft is the MASTER STATEROOM, featuring single berths at each side and substantial built-in locker and drawer storage.

INTERIOR is exceptionally clean throughout with many udpates including carpet and draperies. CLIMATE CONTROL is via reverse-cycle heat and air conditioning systems. HEADS are plumbed to holding tanks.

Galley

Well appointed GALLEY offers full features and equipment, including Frigidaire electric upright refrigerator with freezer; Galley Maid Empress 3-burner electric galley stove with oven; Sharp Carousel microwave; large stainless steel sink; hot/cold pressure freshwater system with hot water heater; and ample cabinet and drawer storage throughout.

GROUND TACKLE includes Forfjord main anchor with approximately 220' of 3/8-inch diameter chain; Danforth secondary anchor with approximately 185' plus 30' of 3/8-inch diameter chain; and Ideal windlass with capstan and chain gypsy. LINES include 100' of 1/2-inch nylon; mooring lines; 300' of nylon stern line; and (2) 5/8-inch diameter 60' nylon lines for lock transit.

TENDER is a 10' Livingston fiberglass dinghy with davit stowage/launch system at the transom. ALSO NOTE: Rescue Pod 4-person liferaft.

Mechanical Equipment

ENGINES are freshwater cooled with fuel filters; control station at the bridge helm; twin Morse engine controls; trim tabs; rudder angle indicators; dripless shaft seals; (2) spare prop shafts; Michigan 4-bladed bronze props are 26 RH 32 and 26 LH 32; lube oil storage; Rule 1500 and 2500 bilge pumps; automatic Halon 1301 fire control system in engine compartment plus dry chemical units in the cabins.
